Christmas Tree Pom-Poms

Merry Christmas Eve to you! I hope you are having a great day celebrating with friends and family.

I am a little bit obsessed with pom-pom crafts these days. I mean, I have plenty of scrap yarn around here just waiting to be used! This holiday season I decided to put my scrap yarn to use and made a whole forest of Christmas tree pom-poms! I think they are the cutest! If you are looking for a quick craft for this afternoon, get out your pom-pom makers and make a few trees.

You will need...

- 1 large pom-pom maker
- 1 small pom-pom maker
- A variety of green yarn
- Brown yarn
- Scissors (the sharper, the better!)
- Mini pom-poms
- Hot glue gun

First, take the large pom-pom maker and some green yarn and make a pom-pom. Use the sharp scissors to trim the pom into a cone/tree shape. This part takes the longest amount of time. Hold your tree over a trash can, and trim away! Next, take the small pom maker and brown yarn to make the tree trunk. Use the scissors to shape it into a small cylinder.

Use the hot glue gun to attach the tree to the trunk. Next, use the glue gun to apply the small pom-poms or any decorations you want to the tree.

That's it! I hope you give it a try!

Now, it's time to bake sugar cookies and watch Christmas movies all day. The best. :)
